Mobile Nursing Services -RN / LPN
WoundPro Solutions is a mobile nursing practice providing skilled nursing services delivered by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) in home and community-based settings. Services are medically necessary, goal-directed, and provided in accordance with an individualized plan of care.
Skilled nursing services are delivered in time-limited care episodes, typically lasting 4–8 weeks, and are reassessed regularly with the goal of clinical improvement, patient education, stabilization, and discharge or transition of care.
Services may be provided through focused visits or defined care blocks based on patient needs and clinical appropriateness.
WoundPro Solutions is a mobile nursing practice providing skilled nursing and wound care services delivered by licensed nursing professionals in home and community-based settings. Non-skilled patient care support may be provided by Certified Nursing Assistants as an adjunct to nursing services.
